Does the Global eSIM work in every country listed?
Coverage varies by plan. Each Global plan lists the exact countries it covers, so open a plan and check its country list before you buy. The grid on this page shows every destination covered across our Global plans combined.
When should I choose a regional plan instead of a single-country eSIM?
If your trip takes in several Global countries, one regional plan is simpler and usually cheaper than buying a separate eSIM for each stop. For a trip to just one country, a country plan is normally the better value.
Which networks will I connect to?
Your eSIM connects to local partner networks in each country and switches automatically as you cross borders. Available speeds (4G or 5G) depend on the plan and on local coverage, and are shown on each plan.
Can I top up if I run low on data?
Many plans can be topped up from your account before they expire, so you can add more data without buying a whole new eSIM. Check the individual plan for its top-up options.
How do I install and activate my Global eSIM?
After you buy, we email a QR code. Scan it to install the eSIM on your phone, then turn it on when you arrive. There is no physical SIM to swap and no roaming fees.
