• Payment Information: Your billing details. Note: We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Device Data: Your phone model and operating system (to make sure the eSIM will work).
• Technical Logs: Your IP address and basic info about your data usage (to troubleshoot connection issues).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Deliver your eSIM and activation instructions.
• Process your payments securely.
• Provide customer support if you run into trouble.
• Send you important updates about your plan (like "you have 10% data left").
• Comply with UK legal and tax requirements.

3. Sharing Your Information

We don't sell your data. We only share it when necessary to provide the service:

• Network Partners: We share technical identifiers with global local networks so they can authorize your data connection.
• Service Providers: We use trusted tools for payments, email delivery, and customer support.
• Analytics: If you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (see section 6).

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies are only used if you say yes.

• Essential cookies (always on): keep you signed in, remember your basket and your display currency, and remember your cookie choice (ie_consent, kept for 6 months). The site needs these to work, so they do not need your permission.
• Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept): tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they are and what type of device they use. Google sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. We do not use it to identify you, and Google's advertising features are switched off. Until you press "Accept analytics", Google Analytics does not load at all.

You can change your mind at any time: open Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). If you switch analytics off, we delete the analytics cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers other than the analytics described above.
