How It Works
Getting connected abroad has never been simpler. No SIM swapping, no queueing at airport kiosks — just scan, connect, and go.
Get set up at home — takes about 5 minutes
Check your device
Check if your phone or tablet supports eSIM before you buy. Make sure your phone is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Most phones from 2020 onwards support eSIM.

Checkout is handled by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No hidden fees.
Install your eSIM
You'll get a QR code by email and in your dashboard. Install it now over WiFi — the data plan won't start until you reach your destination.
Pro tip: install before you fly so you're ready the moment you land.
Setup Guide — by Device
Tap your device to see the step-by-step instructions
Open eSIM settings
Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Set Up Cellular (or Add eSIM)
Scan the QR code
Tap Use QR Code and point your camera at the QR code from your email or dashboard. Make sure you're connected to WiFi. You can also open the Camera app and point at the code — tap the notification that appears.
Label your plan
When prompted, give it a label like "Travel" or the country name. Tap Add Cellular Plan to finish.
Set your data line
Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data and select the eSIM as your data line. Keep your primary SIM for calls and texts.
Turn on data roaming
Go to Settings → Cellular → tap the eSIM line → Cellular Data Options → toggle Data Roaming on. This is safe — your eSIM uses its own allowance, not your home carrier's roaming.
Open SIM Manager
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM
Scan the QR code
Tap Scan QR Code and point your camera at the code. Stay connected to WiFi during this step.
Restart your phone
After the eSIM profile downloads, restart your device to activate it. The eSIM will appear in your SIM Manager.
Set as mobile data
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Primary SIM → tap Mobile Data and select the eSIM.
Enable data roaming
Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → toggle Data Roaming on.
Open SIM settings
Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM
Scan the QR code
Tap Set up an eSIM, then follow the on-screen instructions to scan your QR code. Stay connected to WiFi.
Download the plan
The eSIM profile will download automatically. This usually takes under a minute.
Set as data SIM
Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → under Your primary SIMs, tap Mobile data and select the eSIM.
Enable roaming
Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → tap the eSIM → toggle Roaming on. Your travel data plan covers this — no extra charges from your home carrier.
You're already set up — just switch on
Connect automatically
When your plane lands, your phone will pick up the local network. If it doesn't connect within a couple of minutes, toggle Airplane Mode off and on.
Track your usage
Your dashboard shows data used and remaining in real time. Running low? Top up instantly from the same screen — no new QR code needed.
Something not working?
My eSIM won't install
- Make sure you're connected to WiFi — eSIM profiles can't download over mobile data on most devices.
- Check you haven't hit your device's eSIM limit (most phones support 8-10 profiles).
- Each QR code can only be scanned once. If you deleted the eSIM and need to reinstall, contact us for a new code.
- Restart your phone and try again — this fixes most installation issues.
I've landed but have no signal
- Check Data Roaming is turned on for the eSIM (not your primary SIM).
- Make sure the eSIM is set as your mobile data line.
- Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to force a network search.
- If the plan shows an APN, enter it manually: Settings → Mobile Data → eSIM → APN.
- Restart your phone — the most reliable fix.
My data is slow
- Check your remaining data in the dashboard — you may have hit a fair-usage throttle.
- Try switching network mode from 5G to 4G/LTE (some areas have stronger 4G coverage).
- Move away from crowded areas — stadiums, train stations, and tourist hotspots can saturate local towers.
Can I use the eSIM for calls and texts?
Our eSIMs are data-only. But WhatsApp, FaceTime, Signal, Telegram, and iMessage all work perfectly over data — so you can call, video chat, and message without any issues.
Do I lose my regular phone number?
No. Your eSIM runs alongside your normal SIM. You keep your number for calls and texts, and the eSIM handles your travel data separately.
When does my plan actually start?
The clock starts when your eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy or install it. So set it up early and travel stress-free.
