When You Can Get a Refund
We aim for total satisfaction, and refunds are available under the following specific conditions:
If you haven't scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM on any device, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the eSIM simply won't activate or provision because of a technical error on our side, we will provide a full refund.
If you experience significant connection problems that our support team is unable to resolve, we will consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
When a Refund is Not Available
To keep our rates low and our service fair, we cannot offer refunds in these situations:
Once the eSIM is activated and you have started using the data, we cannot offer a refund.
No refunds are available for plans that have already passed their validity period.
It is your responsibility to check that your phone supports eSIM technology before you buy. We cannot offer refunds for incompatible devices. Please check device compatibility before purchasing.
Important Timeframes
- Submission: Please submit your refund request within 14 days of your purchase.
- Processing: Once approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
